Seaside Rendez-vous is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in The Village at Grayton Beach, a neighborhood of just 47 homes in Grayton Beach along 30A. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the zero-entry community pool is just steps away, and a bike path just outside the neighborhood makes it easy to explore Grayton Beach. The beach is about 0.8 miles away, and Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach State Park are a short bike ride away.
The two-story home has an open floor plan on the first floor with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a gas stove, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a wide variety of cooking tools and appliances. Outside, relax on the upper or lower wrap-around porch, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, fire up the natural gas Weber grill or play a game of cornhole.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a ceiling fan, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a wall-mounted Roku smart TV ready for you to sign in to your streaming accounts. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. Upstairs, the Primary Suite offers a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a door to the porch and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, a separate tub and a rainfall shower. The second king bedroom has a large closet and a private bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bunk room features two sets of custom built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds that sleep four, a door to the porch and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The upstairs laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer, drying racks and a door to the wrap-around porch.

Grayton Beach is a laid-back beach town along 30A, set largely within Grayton Beach State Park. Its narrow, tree-lined streets lead to white sand and the Gulf of Mexico, and the town is known for its art galleries, specialty shops, general store, public art walls and the famous Red Bar. Just a block from the beach entrance, the Western Lake public dock is a great place to launch a kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard. Western Lake is one of the area's coastal dune lakes, a rare natural feature found in only a handful of places worldwide.

House is gorgeous , plenty of space to spread out with a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms , and wraparound porches with seating upstairs and downstairs . Kitchen has everything you could ever need- best equipped of any rental I have been to . House was spotless. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely all newer homes . The beach is amazing ! We went to Grayton State Park every day. Absolutely gorgeous , quiet and plenty of space to spread out , with bathrooms and showers and parking . Loved the trail there also for walking . We also biked to the main Grayton Beach entrance, Red Bar and Chiringo - were perfect too for lunch, dinner and pre and post sunset drinks. Also took the free shuttle two blocks from the house to the main Grayton entrance. So convenient and easy. Grayton has so much character , never feels crowded, so beautiful and cool. We also enjoyed biking to all the great restaurants and shops so close by- Grace 30A, Black Bear Bakery, Grayton Seafood , Borago , Bad Ass Coffee, Crackings etc… So many cute shops too ! Overall fabulous! We also loved biking to Watercolor and Seaside which was a beautiful easy bike ride away. Would definitely stay here again !

We have stayed in this property several times and love it. Our only complaint is there was mold in the showers and pink mold around the base of the sinks (ground sealant area). We bought Clorox clean up and it cleaned up nicely. The sheets are really cheep and not soft. We will rent again.
