Pros: Excellent location, pool, great soft beds, 30A management highly responsive. Cons: only small things involving property condition such as dishwasher not working, sink backing up, rugs sliding when walked on, lounge chairs hard to get out of, and kitchen lacking some expected basics. Overall: I would go again!!!!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was more than happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This is the 15th year in a row that our family has taken a trip to Florida; but only the 6th year in the Panhandle area. The house was plenty big for all of us. It was clean and decorated in beach-happy decor. I cooked a lot, so the nice open kitchen was a plus for me. Although the weather was a bit chilly, the ocean sand and sounds were memorable, the heated pool was a hit and the home (especially for the kids). The house is in walking distance to everything so that was ideal. Still for ease of parking, going to and seeing the dunes and beach transportation we rented an 8-passenger golf cart which made parking, beach pick-up and drop-off so much easier. The management company was very helpful and prompt with any questions that we had. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. As a side note: I am not sure I would come in the spring or summer because traffic would be less than desirable, but most people going to the Beach in this area expect traffic.
