Welcome to 🏝️ Shore is Grayt 🌊
When accessing the home, you’ll find it’s located in the private dead end area of the quaint newly constructed neighborhood of Grayton Village. The home faces the wooded park, and shares an access drive with only 4 other large newly constructed homes. There is a parking spot for one car under the carport beside the golf cart, and several other areas to park alongside the street in the front of the house. No parking passes nor amenity passes are necessary here- simply make yourself at home upon arrival.
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed with the first floor combination living room/ common space. Here you will find a first floor pull out couch (queen size mattress), kitchenette, laundry, half bath, as well as a private main floor junior master bedroom and an outdoor patio with pool view and a gas grill for easy meal preparation.
The second floor greets you with a beautiful spacious open kitchen and living area, with a dining table to seat 12 comfortably in addition to the cozy bar seating. Feel free to enjoy a meal or peaceful refreshment while overlooking the swimming pool from the expansive screened in porch.
The second floor also has a half-bath for convenience, as well as an outdoor balcony facing the scenic park area on the front side of the house. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with its gas stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, pantry, coffee maker and more.
The third floor boasts an adorable bunk (twin) nook (sleeps 2), an additional king bed bedroom, a fourth bedroom with a set of 4 bunks (twin) with its own walkout balcony, and a grand master suite with its own porch with a stunning view of the pool. The bunk bedroom and the king third floor bedroom share a toilet and bath and shower combination, but has its own vanity for guest convenience. Altogether, the home will comfortably sleep 12.
The home backs up to the expansive community pool and provides a scenic view from all three levels from both the front and back sides of the home.
This amazing home comes with a 6 seater golf cart and 4 beach cruiser bikes as well.
This location provides the privacy and comfort you desire for your beach vacation, while maintaining the convenience of simple beach access when desired. Just a short bike or golf cart trip will lead you to the beach, or you can drive/ walk/ bike or golf cart to the FREE Grayton Beach Tram. The tram drops you off right at the boardwalk and runs on a very timely schedule so there is no wait, and no hassle of driving after a relaxing day at the beach.

We had a great stay at this place. Certainly, the place was in 5 star condition. The pictures are accurate to what the place looks like and it’s in a great spot. If it were based on that alone, it would be 5 stars. Some issues we had were: 1. The rules were not sent to us until midnight the day before. Because we were traveling, it was almost impossible to read the rules and get them to the other individuals on the trip. So, we wished they had been sent to us earlier in order to thoroughly review. 2. The WiFi was out the entire trip and the fixes given to me by the host did not work. It wasn’t their fault that the server went down, but even once it was back up, our WiFi never came back on. For those of us who needed to do work on the trip, it was extremely difficult. 3. Parking was on the rules, but as I said, the rules weren’t circulated until a few hours before the trip so we didn’t have a ton of time to read them. After parking our cars outside overnight, we awoke to a message saying if we didn’t move the cars in 30 minutes, they’d be towed. It made the weekend a lot more difficult when we didn’t have all the cars at our immediate disposal. 4. The Golf Cart. It was great to have and super nice. Our only issue was that in order to get it, every person had to send their license (even if they weren’t going to drive). We found that to be unnecessary. All in all the house is great, but it certainly was tarnished a bit by some of these issues.

Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton Beach with the courtesy shuttle within close walking distance.
