We love staying in Grayton Beach and this property is 3 blocks from the beach and restaurants. The home is well appointed and it is clear they have thought of everything a family might need.

Very nice house and the Ocean Reef did an excellent job with management. It is in a great location. It is within walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. I will warn visitors that if you forgot anything and want to run up to the Grayton General Store be prepared to pay $14 for mayo! We could not have had a better stay. The screened porch downstairs was used often and the deck was the best place for a morning cup of coffee.

We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect stay for us. The property sits across from a lake and the kids were able to fish. There was also a private pool and bikes we were able to use. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nicely appointed. The location of the house was super convenient to the beach and town. Would highly recommend.

This property is one of the best places I've ever stayed. We had a group of 15 people. The property is new and perfect! There was nothing I would recommend them doing differently ... we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend!
