Stylish three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, two story house across the street from deeded Hutchins Lake access and waterfront -- features include indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, a dock, and parking for three cars. Perfect for family or friends getaways year-round.
Enjoy spectacular sunrises, all-day fun on the water (bring your boat) and nighttime stargazing, just minutes from town. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This 2 story home has an open floor plan with two living areas, a dining area next to the kitchen, front patio of the living/dining room with lake view, private back patio area with outdoor dining and sitting areas, kitchen with all modern amenities including stone counters and updated appliances.
Hutchins Lake is a 375-acre all sports lake, with wake times limited to 11:00am to 7:30pm daily, contributing to the relaxing environment and great fishing. This home is located on a quiet, low key street with friendly neighbors and truly amazing sunrise views. Parking is limited to three vehicles in the driveway. You'll have access to the entire home as well as the private lake frontage and dock. We are close by and available by email, phone or text, but will otherwise stay out of your way!
After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by my insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.
No parties or events. Minimum age to rent is 27.

The house and views of the lake were beautiful! There was plenty of space for 2 couples and a family of 4 that included 2 children. We loved our stay!
