About this house rental
Our family cottage on Hutchins lake is perfect for family getaways! Our home is fully furnished and has a large screened in porch with a great view of the lake and those Pure Michigan sunsets.
Our walk in beach is very unique to the area - great for building sand castles and bonfires. Hutchins lake is a spring fed sand bottom all sports lake - you can bring your own boat!
We are situated on a quiet dead end street just 15 minutes from Saugatuck and 20 minutes from Holland. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Four friends of longstanding— all senior citizens— enjoyed a terrific stay at this beautiful lakefront property. It could not have been better. The house is lovely, roomy, and very well appointed (including a fridge that is so modern and spectacular that it does everything but tell you where you put things). The location on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood could not have been better: 5 minutes to Fennville and 15 to Douglas and Saugatauk—1 minute to the lake. A perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return next year.

Very clean, great water view. Kids were on the beach or in the water most of the time. It’s a very family friendly VRBO!

Loved the house and the lake. Great fishing, caught a 30 inch Northern. Plenty of room for the 8 adults. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon

Very nice accommodations. Perfect for little children. Great fishing and boating lake. Host very helpful and gracious. Can't wait to go back!
