Guests have access to a private association beach on Lake Michigan, about a 10-minute walk from the house (or a quick drive if you prefer to bring beach gear). It’s a wonderful spot to swim, watch sunsets, or enjoy a quieter lake day away from the larger public beaches.
When you’re ready to explore, downtown South Haven is only about 15 minutes away. There you’ll find Lake Michigan’s famous sandy beaches, the South Haven lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, ice cream shops, and charming boutiques.

We stayed at the woodland retreat for a nearby wedding. The house is very spacious and well kept. There is plenty of space with one bedroom and full bath on each floor. Beach is about a 10 minute walk or a short drive away. Would absolutely stay again!
