Plan your next fun-filled and relaxing beach getaway at "Fun Haven"! This beautiful and spacious home has four bedrooms and 2.5 baths (sleeps 12) with modern décor, open floor plan, hardwood floors, and upgraded finishes making it the perfect place for your vacation by The Lake. Designed as a retreat for families, friends, or multi-families to have fun all day at the beach, exploring the charming town of SOHA, relaxing at the heated community pools, hot tub and clubhouses, and making memories and laughing together back at Fun Haven House playing family-friendly board games, social games, video games, water toys, and yard games. The house also features a new paver driveway and private front patio with propane fire pit table and seating for four.


Our modern beach décor includes granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central air, full-sized washer/dryer, smart flat screen TVs, 4K Blu-Ray players, video game systems, garage toys, WiFi and a natural gas grill. The LARGE Master Suite has a king bed, smart TV, dual-vanity sink and luxury tiled shower with glass door. Two bedrooms with queen beds sleep two more guests each. A bunk bed room sleeps 4; bunks are twin XL so adults can fit. The playroom den is designed for kids and adults alike to play with video games, board games, and a smart TV, but also has a comfy sleeper sofa that sleeps two more guests. Baby-friendly amenities including a pack-and-play crib and high-chair. The garage has a custom-made arcade with built in fridge, two stand up paddle boards, a kayak, life jackets, golf cart (additional charge for the week), beach chairs, a beach wagon, and yard/beach games.


The back patio has a 6 person picnic table with umbrella for family meals outside. Just steps away from our back patio is a community fire pit to enjoy the beautiful Michigan sunsets, with another by the amphitheater in the neighborhood. Our house is dog friendly but please no cats.


The Harbor Club community is South Haven’s newest destination for those seeking an active outdoor lifestyle. It is just a half mile to Newcome Beach and 1st Street beach and connected to the Woodland Harbor Marina where you can rent a boat, golf cart, or kayaks or canoes. Tucked among 40 acres of preserved woodlands and wetlands and within blocks from Lake Michigan, homes in this community evoke cottage living all year round. Renters have access to the brand new community all season pool with a retractable cover, outdoor hot tub, and clubhouse plus the Marina community clubhouse and heated pool which is situated on the Black River and empties into Lake Michigan. The new all season pool is only a minute walk away from the house and the marina pool is a third of a mile walk. The community is enveloped in beautiful scenery, flanked by bike paths and walking trails, and within a stone’s throw from the City of South Haven where there is an abundance of activities and dining options. Stroll through the quaint downtown district and browse specialty shops, bookstores, and boutiques and sample some of the best cuisines that the area has to offer. Spend the day at the beach, or enjoy trout fishing in Lake Michigan from the pier, or visit the famous South Haven lighthouse. Other points of attraction are wineries & breweries and the ever popular Blueberry Festival in August.
