Spread across three levels, this spacious house offers a blend of modern design and cozy elements providing a comfortable retreat for relaxation and socializing. One of the largest homes in the Harbor Club neighborhood, this 6 bdrm house is the ideal choice for large groups with up to 16 guests of all ages featuring a guest suite on the main level, two living rooms, a ping pong room, foosball, shuffleboard, two outdoor pools on of which has a retractable roof with a hot tub for year round access.

Welcome to our Happy Haven in the heart of South Haven, Michigan! With a perfect fusion of style, space, and comfort, and thoughtfully family-oriented setup, this vacation rental is the ideal choice for large groups of up to 16 guests. An abundance of toys and games, main floor guest suite, and availability of equipment such as pack and play and high chair, our hope is that every member of your family feels welcome and catered to.
The main floor of this features a spacious open kitchen and dining area, perfect for creating memorable meals at the large 98 inch kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining room and kitchen open up to a cozy living room, complete with a 65-inch TV and a fireplace, offering the ideal setting for relaxation and entertainment.
For those wanting to avoid lots of stairs, there is a bedroom suite on the main level with a comfortable bed, bathroom entry , and easy access to the main floor amenities.
The basement offers an additional living room/game room, where endless entertainment awaits. Unwind in front of the 65-inch TV, engage in friendly competition on the shuffleboard or foosball tables, or test your skills in the dedicated ping pong room. The basement also features another bedroom/office and a bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and recharge.
Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom boasting a private bathroom with a stylish walk-in shower, a charming bunk room, perfect for kids, features four beds and additional floor pads if needed, two more spacious bedrooms with walking closets, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Beyond the walls of this retreat, the neighborhood offers an array of amenities to enhance your experience. We had a wonderful holiday stay here. It’s the halfway point between Ann Arbor and Chicago so it was a perfect location for all of my kids. The girls loved the year round pool and hot tub. The game room was a hit also. Very clean, lots of room for everyone. My only complaint is the lack of garbage bags. We only had two and had to resort to Meijer plastic bags which didn’t work very well.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We had 14 adults including one teenager and one dog. Everyone had comfortable areas with ample space for sleeping, eating, and relaxing, playing games, etc. We were all pleased with the location so close to Lake Michigan. We were able to walk there and enjoy the beach.Our only issues were with a few things that did not work properly. Number one was the grill. We were grilling hotdogs and about halfway through the entire grill went up in flames. Had to quickly remove the hot dogs and it took about a half an hour for the flames to go down after turning it off.The toaster needs to be replaced.The oven had some residue lleft in it that caused it to smoke when we went to use it.For some reason, the fans in the bathrooms will not turn off.The code for the front door did not work when we arrived, but we were able to reach the host within about five minutes and then were able to get in. Again, our stay was lovely overall and we would consider renting again.

Colleen (the owner) was awesome and responsive! We had an amazing 3 days over Thanksgiving weekend! There were enough dishes, and the kitchen had what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the house accommodated all 14 of us without issue. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was beautiful and was even better than the pictures. Thanks for a fun time with family making memories!
