Heartland House was hand-built in 1949 by the owners after a fire destroyed the original house. This well-loved and cared-for house has seen only 4 owners in its life. Perfect for families or large groups, enjoy 2 acres of spacious grounds, six large bedrooms, living room, family room, gourmet kitchen, plush furnishing and luxury amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, wood fireplace, wi-fi, cable tv and central a/c. Heartland house is a 15-minute walk or quick bike ride to downtown Saugatuck via the bike path located at the entrance to the property. Heartland House is sure to be a memorable place for your gathering of family and friends.

We had a beautiful 4 nights at Heartland House. Kitchen was great with more than enough items to cook big meals. Maybe not enough wine glasses. Hot tube wonderful with the snow coming down!!

The house was fully equipped for large groups, beautiful property lots of yard space for yard gamesAwsome fire pit.area with lots of dy wood to burn we absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to any large group to stay

Really enjoyed our women’s weekend here. The place is laid out nicely and we really appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked with everything we needed.
