Porch Swing is a 5 bedroom / 3 bath home 1 block east of Goshorn Lake and near Dunes State Park (great hiking and secluded beaches) on north end of Saugatuck just off the bike path. Easy 2 mi drive or bike ride to downtown Saugatuck. Elevated screen porch overlooks 2/3 acre yard with patio, adjacent to a peaceful Farm. Bluetooth hi-fi stereo, hot tub year round (serviced professionally), bikes, cooler & beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella).

Overall really enjoyed the property but would’ve appreciated extra towels for the hot tub but the washing machine worked great to refresh the ones we had used.

Really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very hospitable and the property was everything we needed! A charming property—decorated so cute! We were using it for a Girls’ Weekend and it proved to be the perfect stay. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We could have used a few extra blankets. The kitchen was fully equipped—above & beyond! The hot tub only got to 94 degrees but we were there in February so it maybe was just too cold—not sure—but we didn’t seek help—it just wasn’t that big of a deal. A great stay—we’d chose it again!

Todd is a great host! Welcomed us, provided easy access, and checked in with us to ensure all was good. The house is well appointed and was a great place for our family of 8 to hang out for a couple of days. Bonus points for garage, pool table, and hot tub!
