About this house rental
Our ranch plus full basement is perfect for your family gatherings, family reunions, weekend retreats, or just escape from your everyday. Comfortable beds, fast wi-fi and smart TV make this a perfect staycation for your family.
First floor master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk in closet, and you can work like a boss in our workspace area facing our beautiful garden praire.
First floor second bedroom has 2 twin size bed with a closet
Full basement with large bedroom and a queen size bed
Finished basement game room work in progress and an insta wall to capture your cutest pictures.
We have a fully stocked kitchen; with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
While we work on our back yard to turn it into a great space for next year, we hope you will use our fire pit, and grill. We ask the grill be used in the side of the house.

We have installed 5 security cameras on site for your security and ours.
1. on the front porch = only showing the windows and front door
2. in the garage= only showing the garage door, side door and laundry entrance
3. basement window= only showing window and window ledge
4. outside by garage to see vehicles parked in driveway
5. outside backyard
these cameras are only armed when renters are not on-site so we can monitor if someone breaks into our home.
Early check in fees are as follows:
2-4PM $150
12-2PM $250
Before 12PM full day rates
If interested in early check in please communicate with host prior to check in.
Late check in fees are as follows:
11-1pm $150
1-3PM $250
After 3pm full day rates apply

Location was terrific and convenient to everything we had planned to do. House was a good size for two couples and would have accommodated travelers with children too. The internet connection was poor as the information sheet had a different information that the wi-fi name but we had my-fi so no problem. The only negative that we experienced was the mattresses on all of the beds should be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Since our stay was short in duration was not a big problem. The yard could have stood a good mowing and some trimming. All in all the positives outweighed any small inconvenience. Price was great and left us with plenty of memories

This VRBO was very clean, beautifully decorated and a comfortable place to stay. It was located in a safe neighborhood as well. We enjoyed staying there!

Stayed for a ladies’ weekend during Tulip Time. The house is very spacious, clean, and very comfortably slept 6 adults. Super easy access to Saugatuck and Holland attractions. Highly recommend and would come again!

The house was in a great location and very clean. Lots of room and was as expected. Our biggest disappointment was the check in and internet. We did not receive the full check in information (specifically the key access code) until 30mins after check in. We had send messages earlier in the day letting the host know our arrival time would be prompt and had to call 3 times before letting them know we were not able to get into the house due to lack of information provided. Once we were in the house, the internet did not work although it said it was connected and we restarted it manually a couple of times during our 2 night stay. Unexpected issues that were frustrating but over all the house was exactly what we needed for our stay in the area.
