About this villa rental
Our luxury Villa has been Fully remodelled and upgraded for 2026 with new furniture, flooring, and smart entertainment in every room withthe latest technology, and a stunning brand new pool and LED lighting.
Our spacious, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the small gated community of Sunset Lakes. Sunset Lakes is one of the smallest and most secluded developments in the area and is highly sought after for its location just 10 minutes from Disney property and under 15 minutes from all of the Disney theme parks. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are only 20 minutes away. It really is as close as you can get to the theme parks whilst enjoying the space and freedom of your own villa.
In addition to the theme parks, there are dozens of shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes from Sunset Lakes including the new Sunset Walk shopping and dining entertainment area.
The home features a spacious, open plan layout and has been remodelled throughout including a brand new living area and an upgraded kitchen and appliances. All three bathrooms have walk in glass showers and granite counters.
The large master is fully remodelled for 2026 with new furniture, flooring and furnishings and features a queen size bed with brand new hotel quality hybrid mattress, a huge bathroom with oval tub, his and hers sinks and a walk-in glass shower. There’s also a walk-in wardrobe. This room also has direct access to the pool deck
The second master bedroom is newly remodelled with brand new bedding and hotel quality hybrid mattress, smart TV, amazon echo show and multiple USB charging options. This room has its own bathroom with his and hers sinks and a glass walk in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are recently remodelled with twin beds, new bedding, Disney themed amazon echo shows, Smart TVs, and USB charging. Bedroom 4 has classic Disney theming and individual nightstands with ambient LED lighting and USB charging. Both bedrooms benefit from shared private access to another full bathroom with a large walk-in glass shower.
The villa features brand new entertainment throughout with smart HD TVs in the living room and every bedroom featuring Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and Amazon fire/Prime.
There’s more of the latest technology with voice activated mood lighting in the living room echo dots for streaming music and an echo show in every bedroom (with Disney theming in the twin rooms!)
We also have Amazon echo, show and fire devices throughout, all linked to the latest fiber optic ultra high speed wireless internet access. More than capable of streaming to multiple devices simultaneously.
The latest in charging capability completes the technology upgrades with 14 USB and 6 USB-C ports conveniently positioned throughout the house
The large open plan living area has just been upgraded in time for 2026 with new furniture, furnishings, flooring, and Amazon Alexa controlled mood lighting. The newly remodelled kitchen with new appliances, quartz counters and a breakfast area. The kitchen features a brand new Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and all important ice maker
The dining room and living area are brand new with comfortable, luxury seating, tables, and entertainment centre with a 55inch smart HDTV
The entire rear of the house opens up via sliding glass doors to the pool deck and outside dining area where you will find a full size, 6-foot-deep pool and a separate spa with a waterfall. The entire pool and spa has just been fully remodelled with a beautiful new deep blue finish, new tiling and amazing colour changing LED lighting in the pool!. There is also a covered dining area and a gas BBQ for al fresco dining.
*** The pool can be heated if required for $30 per night (recommended from November until April) ***
The garage is converted into a games room and has a pool table, ping pong and a games console.
This house benefits from 2 ultra-high speed Wi-Fi networks, so staying connected will never be a problem!
The house is fully air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans fitted for additional cooling.
Our home professionally cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards before and after every stay and we have a management company available 24/7 and just a couple of minutes away.
We have owned our home for 15 years and visit ourselves at least 3 times annually to allow us to continually remodel and update. This is a relatively new listing as we paused renting our home for 2 years during COVID and then to remodel, so over 100 reviews were lost with the new listing, but I will gladly provide over 100 additional positive reviews from the previous listing.

Everything was good! The location was wonderful and pictures are accurate. We don’t stream, so we miss our cable, but sitting out on the patio was a good substitute.

This house has everything you could need or want for a break in Orlando.
Really well equipped for living and entertainment, quiet, with a lovely prospect, close to all the Theme park attractions, dining and shopping. Highly recommend this lovely spacious house.
