We loved everything about our stay! Suvh a great property, clean, such great space gor our family. Communication was great. Host was accommodating. Property manager was SO responsive and numerous check ins. The pool was such a hit with our boys. This was the perfect vacation spot for our Orlando stay. We DEFINITELY want to come again!

The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and usable. We enjoyed being able to spread out. The location is very convenient to the parks and lots of food options close by.

Both Scott and Kathy were excellent and attentive hosts, quick to answer any questions we had. The house is hidden away in a gated community with a private pool and lake views. It had everything we needed near us and was close enough to all the parks and attractions that most people visit central Florida to see. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay that I would love to book again!

The place was nice but when originally booking there was no information about having to sign more documents. 2 of the documents were agreements to not sue host in the future if rented...this raised immediate concern is because I never had to do so before and there was nothing written in the description. Also, he made it a point to tell me twice he was a police detective...inside the home there are signs all over stating how much they would charge for towels and wash clothes (outside every bathroom) . They monitor every time the patio door opens . Our first day unloading and putting things aside the patio door was left open for 20-30 minutes and the host sent screenshots and and stated "the patio door is open" mind you it will still say "open" if the door is slightly cracked. It was just an uncomfortable stay especially for a mom with kids and anxiety. Home was okay, the pool and spa were dirty and need some deep cleaning. House could have been cleaned better..but it seems the previous renters are expected to do most of cleaning...the host supplies towels but if you use too much of the lining they charge extra..this is a "be mindful" stay.
