About this house rental
One of the closest possible communities to Walt Disney World (less than 3 miles away), Emerald Island is a quiet oasis in which to spend your vacation. Emerald Island is an exclusive gated community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
This spacious villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves! The villa has two master en-suites (one is on the second floor and the other on the first floor) with king and queen size bed and its own large private bathroom, one queen bed for the 3rd room, two kid rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. It is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
Wireless internet, cable TV, free long distance calls within US. Every bedroom has a LCD TV. Living room has 42' LCD TV. Pool table, air hokey table, PlayStation2 console with games.
Screen enclosed pool area has a super-sized pool, patio-set under Lanai, lounge Chairs, zero-gravity chairs, and child-safety fence for enjoying the famous Florida sunshine!

The 4,000 square foot club house has a fitness centre, volley ball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
For any golfers in your party the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. There are many other world renown golf courses designed by golf greats within 30 minutes drive, such as Grand Cypress Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus); Orange County National Golf; Orange Lake Country Club (Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay); Walt Disney World Golf Courses (Pete Dye, Tom Fazio , Joeseph L. The listing shows a gas grill included. False. Talks about a spa. False. The place was clean but needs updating. Freezer doesn’t seal so it builds up inside. The frame of the microwave is cracked. The inside needs painting. One toilet runs all the time and another doesn’t always flush. The pool deck is moldy needs a deep cleaning. I did message the hosts about the grill and he said they don’t have it anymore but I could rent one. Surrounding homes had one for their renters to use. I would double check other homes in Emerald Isle to rent if you like the area. Club house was fun and the workers are great very friendly. We were there for a week and the mini golf was never open.
