Overall stay at this property was amazing easy check in and very clean the house is just like the picture. The property is very close to food places, gas station, grocery stores, shopping areas and Epcot/Disney World.. The host responded back fast. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here for 16 days in total. I love the location in the resort as not too far of a walk from the clubhouse. The best part of the house is the very sunny back pool and lounge area, this was very important to us. We had the pool heated at 25 per day which was a good deal compared to others in the area. It was a perfect temp our whole stay! The house is very spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The AC works very well. Having the half bath outside in the pool area was a bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent and the property manager was very nice and helpful. There are things that do need attention and I advised the owner who was appreciative of the feedback. The outdoor loungers are in poor shape with only one really being good. The pool deck could use a good clean and some screens outside need replacing. More seating in the living room would be helpful as there currently is only a 3 seater couch and a chair. Our friend tried to bake in the oven but said it was not working, only broil was.The washer is loud and the doors are off that closet area so do laundry during the day. There are some cosmetic touches required but I have seen the same in most vacation rentals in the area. Better quality bath towels would be nice. Again, we overall had a wonderful time while here and miss it already now that we are back home in Canada. I love Florida

Property itself is very nice. Would sleep 11 comfortably. There were quite a few issues with our visit though. 1) Property had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was trash all over, toilets were dirty, place had obviously not been cleaned by the cleaning crew. Host refunded us one night due to the mistake which was great. I could over look this if that was the only issue. 2) General condition of many of the items in the household is beyond the point of needing replacement. The towels are very old, Some had holes and were very raggedy. The pots and pans as noted in other reviews is very poor. Very cheap nonstick pans that are warped and chipping peeling nonstick. Only one wine glass. Not enough cookware, utensils, glassware and other items to effectively cook for a group the size that the house can accommodate. 3) Poor stocking of necessary items. There were no extra trash bags, very little toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. At 9pm when we checked in, we had to go to Walmart to stock up on items that are normally supplied by a VRBO. There is no salt or pepper despite there being a salt and pepper shaker. No sugar, creamers or anything else to use for coffee. Every room has a decorative hand soap dispenser, but there is no hand soap in them The tiny bar soaps provided are the cheapest junk soaps I have ever seen and below the quality that most hotels provide. House itself is very nice, large and secure

Host was very fast to respond when we arrived stating how to get into the gate and the condo, however he gave us a gate code and the gate worker stated they have not had codes in quite a while. You actually have to get a key card at the gate when you arrive. Condo was clean but didn't have any barstools. We stay in this resort every year and we always sit at the huge bar so we were disappointed this specific condo did not have any barstools. The beds were comfortable. The dryer didn't really work. You had to dry clothes at least 4 times to get them dry. Limited wash cloths but we did have enough towels. The A/C broke the day before check out. The host did not respond until hours later due to a different time zone which meant he didn't have time to fix it. I totally understand but I feel someone should be onsite ir close due to the florida heat. He refused to refund the night we had no A/C which was disappointing. Thermostat was reading 85 and was just miserable. Neighbors too loud with windows open so we didn't sleep and were dripping sweat trying to pack the next morning. Things that need attention but didn't really bother us were a broken blind in sliding door, wall paper is hanging off the wall upstairs, very low water pressure in main master bathroom, broken lamp in master bedroom and a broken ice maker. You will need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The door lock was very hard to deal with. Used google and host to figure it out. Bring tubes for lazy river!
