About this house rental

Newly remodel home with lake view and sunny private pool deck, spacious living room, big screen tv, clean home. Game room include; pool table, soccer table, and air hockey. Kids and family are welcome. Very close to theme park. Such as; Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World, Legoland/Cypress Gardens, Discovery Cove, Cape Canaveral, and much more. There are fine dining and dinner shows that are unrivaled. Abundant nightlife and some of the best shopping awaits.

Fabulous location with a fantastic south facing view over the lake. Pool was kept very clean. Some nice updates to the home, although some of the furniture is a little dated, including the pool furniture. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Sunset Lakes is in a great location for the Disney parks and 192 facilities. This villa was clean and very comfortable, a bit dated as to be expected from this development's age, and in need of some refreshing in places, but it is obviously well-looked after. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and responsive. The pool is the largest Kissimmee pool I've ever had in my 30 years of staying in the area, and lovely and warm. There were plenty of outside loungers and chairs, pool inflatables, and the games in the garage great. The beds were very comfortable. Bring blackout blinds if you want to block any light in the bedrooms though. We'd happily return to stay at Nyugen's villa again.
