🛏️ 2 private bedrooms (King and Queen) + hallway bunks (Twins) + pull out queen sofa – sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably
🛁 2 full bathrooms – ideal for families or groups
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen – everything you need to cook and dine in
🌅 Private balcony with stunning sunrise & sunset views over the Gulf
🐾 Small dog friendly (under 25 lbs, $75 pet fee- see house rules for more info)

📍 Located on the 1st floor of Tower 2 (above the parking garage)
🌉 Air-conditioned skywalk connecting the towers – no need to cross busy roads

$55 – Includes one parking pass and wristbands for all guests
$35 – Optional second parking pass (if needed)
🐾 Pet Policy:
While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.
A $75 non-refundable pet fee is included when you book (add the pups before booking)
HOA requires rabies vaccination proof and charges $50 per pet for the first week upon arrival
Please ensure your dog meets these requirements before booking.

Very beautiful property and I enjoyed it was a 5 minute drive to the pier park as it was calmer environment for my family. Security and staff were wonderful

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We especially appreciated the little details throughout the home that made our stay more enjoyable.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything stress free. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The host was great and quick with responses. The condo balcony was one of the things we enjoyed most. We sat out there having our morning coffee and watching the sun come up and listening to the waves. It was very clean and convenient. We had a great time!
