Golden has an amazing location between Denver, Boulder, and the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It is easy to access highways that can take you any direction you'd like, whether you are heading to Downtown Denver, into the mountains, etc. There are many trailheads nearby with hiking, biking and rock climbing. In Golden, you will find many restaurants and shops.

This one bedroom carriage house comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with high-end linens. There is a closet with hangers, extra bedding, and a pack n play. The living room has a pull-out Queen bed with memory foam mattress. We want you to have fun on your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!

The gorgeous bathroom has heated floors, a large tub, and new fixtures. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom as well.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Our beautiful brand-new kitchen features splendid cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and tons of natural light. It is completely outfitted with everything you need to create your family’s favorite meals. You'll love the home's farmhouse feel. The large SmartTV is great when you want to catch up on your favorite show or watch a movie on a night in.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
There is one dedicated parking spot for you to use during your stay. There is some patio furniture for your use as well.
Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, etc.

You are renting a carriage house that is located on someone's property behind the main home. The carriage house is on the second floor. You will not have access to the yard or the trampoline in the yard during your stay.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $600. There is a patio with a beautiful view and fresh air where you can smoke Colorado's finest!

Pros: easy checkin, very clean, good amenities and very close to town. Cons: It’s in someone’s backyard. The door is on the side of their backyard, so if you want to sit on the balcony there’s no privacy or views. When the kids jump on the trampoline, or the family is outside, you hear it. It felt like we should know them to be comfortable staying there.
