Just 2.5 blocks away from Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and all that Bellevue has to offer, our location provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafes, Bellevue Downtown Park, Bellevue Transit Center, and much more. The condo offers a quiet and park-like ambiance, ensuring a peaceful and private retreat.
The Space:
Our condo boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, covering approximately 1100 sq ft. It is fully furnished with modern and cozy furniture. Guests can take advantage of a reserved undercover parking space, with additional guest parking available around the complex. The condo is professionally cleaned to guarantee a high-quality stay for our guests. Please note our house rules: "NO" shoes, pets, smoking, parties, or events.

Primary Bedroom: This spacious room features a luxurious king bed, a dresser, huge walk in closet and a large mirror. A full bathroom is attached, featuring heated floors and walk in shower.
Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, with the second full bathroom conveniently located just across the room.
Main Living Area: The central living space is equipped with a couch) pulls out to a queen bed a coffee table, and a 65" TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well-appointed with cafe bar, all brand new appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine. Basic kitchen amenities are available for guest use.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

This was a gorgeous property! Location was easily accessible to everything we needed. A bonus was an in-unit coffee bar.
The only recommendation is that it be noted in the listing that it is a 2nd floor unit. One person in our group recently had ankle surgery and it was a challenge to get up the stairs.

We arrived after a long international flight, exhausted and just wanting to rest — but the door wouldn’t open, and the key didn’t work. We ended up waiting for about three hours before being sent to a nearby hotel. The host eventually arranged the hotel, which I appreciate, but the response was slow and the situation was handled poorly. It was very disappointing to experience this on the first day of our trip.
