About this house rental

Grand Bellevue property with territorial and peekaboo view of downtown Bellevue.

Immaculate property with grand furnishing. Chef kitchen with all its amenity. Nespresso coffee, grand piano, 65" and 55" LED TV in living room and master bedroom.

4 Bedrooms (King, 2 queens, 2 twins) and a study room. A study room upon request may be converted into bed for longer duration rental.

Large private deck surrounded by private back yard with peekabo view of downtown Bellevue.

Grand large deck with out door living and dining equipment.

A home gym is recently add on.

The location is hard to beat, near downtown Bellevue and Kirkland. right of the Kirkland trail.

Its a large house, over 3000 sqft. Its decor with quality furniture and decor.

Very convenient location. Had all of the necessary basic items in kitchen and guest rooms/bathrooms. Clean. Some internet issues. Not a hot tub as listed. It is a jetted one person bath tub.

The highlights of this property are truly location and square footage. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fine. Kitchen appliances are good. The furniture is tired and needs some updating/cleaning. Overall the property is similar to described in listing.
