Location is great. House was clean and had plenty of supplies/cookware/dinnerware. The mother-in-law unit is disconnected from the property but there was plenty of space for our small group. Got a slight early check-in (after some miscommunication about what looked like automated messages being sent). Managers were highly responsive and attentive, otherwise.
Couch was different and not as nice as pictured. The biggest downside was the washer/dryer being broken. The washer did not spin properly so clothes came out soaking. To make matters worse, the dryer also did not spin so clothes did not dry. We did not realize it until the morning when we were packing up for the airport, so it was a huge downer to pack soaking wet clothes in our luggage and have to pay a fee for being over the weight limit.
