☀️No Tax! Modern 4BR Pool Villa, Hot Tub, Arcade

House accommodated our family size well (5 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed the garage hang out space and outdoor grill. Pool did not feel heated though we paid the fee. Hot tub wouldn’t go above 98 and with conversations with the host we couldn’t manage to change the settings. That was a real bummer. Not enough seating in the house to hang out. Only one small couch. Cleanliness was mediocre. We washed all the towels ourselves as they didn’t feel clean when we arrived. We also found a few Easter eggs around which made us question how clean things were… Sheets didn’t stay on bed well and felt really cheap. Did appreciate the extra blankets around the house. Not nearly enough pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Washing machine smelled horrendous (front loader that’s not airing out properly). I actually tried cleaning out the rubber piece in the front with 0 success. Rooms with ac units got nice and chilly, loved that! Appreciated the little toys in the bunkhouse for our kids to play with. Host allowed us to stay longer for 200 late check out fee. Convenient location to Disneyland.

My big extended family had a wonderful time at this villa near Disneyland and the beaches! Loved the game room off the main house. The pool was amazingly large! 6 adults, 3 kids, 4 dogs and countless memories! Thanks for sharing this hidden gem.

Conveniently located for our business conference this property was updated, clean and modern in its amenities. The only thing I would improve is additional HVAC in the back of the house. There's only one unit for the entire house and it's a mini-split. That's the only thing holding this property back from 5 stars.
