Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVilla+ParadisePier at Anaheim Disneyland.

This spacious 5 bedroom pool house is conveniently located across from Disneyland and near the conventions center and Downtown Disneyland.

Master bedroom - queen bed.
2nd(fireplace) bedroom - king bed.
3rd bedroom - king bed and a crib.
4th bedroom - 2 Bunk bed - twin on top, full bottom.
5th bedroom - Queen bed, Bunk bed - twin on top and bottom.
Livingroom - Sofabed.

We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*City mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 13 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 23 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in the driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

*No parties or events are allowed
**Optional Pool Heating or Spa Heating**
Pool - Additional costs apply for heating.

For pool heating, guests are required to let us know at least 24-48 hours prior to the arrival date.

We loved this property and will 100% stay again. We had two families together and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space but also have an amazing communal space. It’s more of a walk to Disneyland than listed because the 1/2 mile walk is to the entrance to Downtown Disney but to actual Disneyland it was a solid 1-1.1 miles. Worth it though!

This house was very clean and spacious. We had multiple couples staying and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be in each others way. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The pool was well maintained and a pleasure to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed the stay but the furniture was old and run down. The towels were very thin. Patio cushions for the outdoor lounge and table were worn down and stained. The couch in main area was old and lumpy. The throw pillows on couch dirty. The bed in old living room needs to be replaced. We didn’t use the stove but it was dirty along with the utensil holder near stove. Too too many warning signs and threats of 2,500 fines. All the signs made unfriendly. The pool gate needs to be fixed- it was hard to latch shut. Unless an effort was made the gate was not locked. It seemed that the standards of this house need to be improved.

We wanted a place that would fit our family of 10. We have 3 married couples and a 1 year old infant and this home worked out perfect for our stay. It brought us together each night and fit us all comfortably. The house is a close walk to the Disney parks. It was clean and was nicely decorated with Disney themes. We recommend and would love to stay again.

The home was very welcoming, very clean, and very well equipped with every kitchen appliance, everyday needed household items. The property manager Rick came over with a friendly greeting and assured us to call him of any issues and he would be there immediately. The swimming pool was great, but I wish that the gate around the swimming pool would have had a combination lock as I worried about the little kids getting to the water without adult supervision. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experiences our family had while staying there. Pleanty of VERY CLEAN bathrooms , TVs in every room etc. I would / will definitely plan on staying there again in the future , and I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

The location and amenities of the property helped our family have the perfect week! Disneyland entrance is a short 20 minute walk. The beach is only 40 minutes away. The property owners were responsive, helpful, and considerate. Our children had ample space in their rooms. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Close to Disney, stop for bus (ART) right across the street. All the bedrooms were great and enough bathrooms for the 10 of us. Great Mexican restaurant 2 blocks from house Sabor Chilango. Only issues was seating in living room is limited and the 50 dollars a day to add heat to pool. Had a wonderful stay!
