7 minutes (driving) to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Universal Studio, 25 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenient stores nearby.
3 cars can be parked in the driveway. Street Parking available. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.
Getting Around:
The house is close to many bus stops. You can take OCTA bus 50 (is terminal is located on the Katella Ave, about one block away) to Disneyland Park. Uber ride is recommended to go to theme parks.
There is a big shopping center around other side of Katella Ave, which is about 0.5 mile away.

- **Quiet Hours Enforcement**:
- Quiet Hours enforced by County of Orange from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.
- **Guest Check-In Requirements**:
- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.
- **No Smoking Policy**:
- Smoking, including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room at all times.

Conveniently located for our business conference this property was updated, clean and modern in its amenities. The only thing I would improve is additional HVAC in the back of the house. There's only one unit for the entire house and it's a mini-split. That's the only thing holding this property back from 5 stars.

Well situated near Garden Grove. My group enjoyed the stay. The hot tub definitely helped after long days of training. Very close to the Vietnamese town and Korean town! Would stay again.
