Cosy, comfortable flat with views of Plaza España in Barcelona. It is an ideal apartment for visitors & professionals of Barcelona's Trade Fair (only a 1 minute walk from La Fira).

The apartment has a kitchen, 1 full bathroom, a bathroom without toilet and features air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
Refurbished flat with an excellent location at Plaza España, in a quiet and safe area. It has excellent public transport connections and is next to many tourist attractions. Ideal for visitors to congresses and trade fairs at Fira de Barcelona, because it is next to the flat.

- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night from 22:00 to 8:00
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Do not accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.
The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an extra cleaning service if needed.

Property was nice but not fantastic for the price point. Disappointed in only 1 toilet for 3 bedrooms. The furnishings were sparse. Great location, easy access to everything. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were equally sparse compared to main bedroom for price point.

Myself and my 3 children (4 in total) were staying at this property but only 3 beds were made and 3 towels provided. I found some spare bed sheets but not sure that these were clean. The property manager promised on 2 days that extra bedding and towels would be provided but they never were.
The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken resulting in 2 children being trapped for a while before I managed to open the door.
There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponge but no tea towels, and no spare towels to use instead.
The showers would change from hot to cold as you were showering.
Although access to the property was slightly strange, it worked. The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning worked and was very useful.
