Cosy, comfortable and very quiet flat in Plaza España in Barcelona. It is an ideal apartment for visitors & professionals of Barcelona's Trade Fair (only a 1 minute walk from La Fira).
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:
One bedroom with 1 double bed
One bedroom with 2 single beds
One bedroom with 1 single bed
The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and features air conditioning, heating, high-speed free WIFI internet and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and a hair dryer are included.
Refurbished flat with an excellent location at Plaza España, in a quiet and safe area. It has excellent public transport connections and is next to many tourist attractions. Ideal for visitors to congresses and trade fairs at Fira de Barcelona, because it is next to the flat.

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Do not accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.
The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an extra cleaning service if needed.

"Really close to the subway. A lot of places to eat, and enough shops. A really good thing is that the apartment had heating, considering that in Barcelona most of the apartments do not have central heating. The owner was really kind."

This apartment is in a great location, about 600 meters from the Sants train station, and an even shorter walk to the Plaza Espana metro station. The apartment served the needs to a family of 4 reasonably well. Check-in was not smooth, as the owner and I did not clearly communicate on the specific building number of the apartment, and he was apparently not at the apartment at the agreed-upon meeting time. In all fairness I was 20 minutes late due to a delayed train, but according to the agent who did let me in, the owner was not at the apartment at the earlier, agreed-upon time. Once I reached an agent, I had to wait an hour for her to arrive and let me in (the long travel time for her was unavoidable). The apartment and furnishings are not new, but they are in reasonable condition. The beds seem to be institutional bedding, like one might find in a dormitory, and were not the most comfortable. The television and wireless internet access were very good.
