Easy check in, and great communication throughout. Only feedback is to include the point that there is overflow parking upfront. The parking spaces under the property are incredibly tight for large vehicles and I damaged my wing mirror. Also, maintenance had to come over twice while we were at the property to fix the lock. This should be done while the property is vacant unless absolutely necessary.

This is a World Cup well furnished well stocked condo right on the beach. What else can you ask for? There’s a small market with walking distance. The boardwalk and most of the restaurants are all within walking distance as well. The beach is much less crowded in this part of Carolina Beach. The beds were comfortable. I have no complaints.

Loved the location. The management staff was amazing and super helpful.
We had issues with cockroaches and one shower did not have hot water. We did complain and we were offered to move to another unit. Problem was we were only there for the weekend and we wanted to be beach front.
They did say they contacted HOA about the bugs and maintenance about the hot water. But… again… we only had three days to enjoy and it was impacted by the bugs.
