In Capbreton, pleasant modern apartment located on the ground floor of a secure residence. You will enjoy a living room opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an open functional equipped kitchen. You will have a classic coffee maker. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a large 140 cm bed, a bedroom with three small 90 cm beds and a bathroom to complete the ensemble. You will also have a private parking space. Enjoy the peace and quiet just a stone’s throw from Océanides beach! Shops and beaches nearby!!! Attention co-ownership work from April to June!! End of stay cleaning is included in the rental.
