About this house rental
Beautiful old house in the ideal location to put down your suitcases and enjoy a holiday in the heart of Capbreton.
Composed of 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people. (Extra beds can be added if needed).
A large bright living room will offer you pleasant breakfasts, time for games, reading...
The kitchen is equipped to cook your small dishes that you can then enjoy inside or on the outdoor terrace in the light of a pleasant sunset.
This house is old, so there is no air conditioning but by keeping the windows closed in very hot periods it remains very cool and pleasant. Fans are available.
You can also take advantage of the shade offered by the beautiful oak trees in the garden to cool off.
The bathroom is composed of a bathtub, a sink, a towel drying rack and a closet.
A washing machine is at your disposal.

Possibility to park 2 cars in the driveway closed by electric gate and free outdoor parking.PGJyPgPGJyPg
RATES:
200€ per night in May and June with a minimum of 3 nights
250€ per night in July and August with a minimum of 7 nights
Decreasing prices depending on the length of stay. Contact us directly by email.
LINEN:
- We can provide you with sheets and towels, for an extra charge of 15€ for a "double bed kit" (= sheet, duvet cover, 2 small towels, 2 large towels) and 10€ for a "small bed kit" (= sheet, duvet cover, 1 small towel, 1 large towel) for laundry costs. For some savings, you can bring your own bed linen.
-Towels are provided.
CLEANING:
- A cleaning fee will be charged by our service provider: 120 euros per stay.
NB: We are sorry but unfortunately this accommodations are not yet accessible to people with reduced mobility (stairs...).
How to enjoy your stay?
- beaches: 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes by car
- walks nearby: forest, port of Capbreton, outings in town, markets (Tuesday and Saturday mornings), night markets, cinema and town centre 4 minutes walk away.
- 10 minutes by car you can discover the famous town of Hossegor and its lively market.
- Golf courses nearby in Seignosse, Hossegor, Arcangues...
- The ponds and beaches of Seignosse are 20 minutes away by car or accessible by the cycle path.
- Discovering the Basque country is also a great opportunity from home; Bayonne is 25 minutes away by car or 35 minutes by bus. By motorway you will be in 30 minutes in Biarritz and in less than 1 hour in Saint-Jean-de-Luz...
- Some tapas in Spain? The border is 40 minutes away by the motorway...
