About this villa rental
Hello,
I rent a beautiful Landes villa, located 300 meters from the ocean in a quiet street, on 1000 m2 of pine wooded land,
One kilometre from the downtown and the bustling port.
Ideal for a large family wishing to enjoy water activities and the charms of the south-west.
Various clubs and schools will welcome you if you wish to indulge in surfing, windsurfing, diving, sea walks, offshore fishing or quad biking.
A renowned surf school offering private or group lessons for all ages is located just 100 meters from the house.
Water sports are also diversified by the proximity of Lake Hossegor 3km away.
The region is crisscrossed on all sides by cycle paths that cross the villages as well as the woods, one passes a few meters from the house. Bikes for rent in Capbreton will allow you to get some fresh air in a secure and very "good-natured" setting.
Lovers of "idleness" will not be left behind, 5 minutes walk from the beaches known as "La Piste" and "Santocha".
At the gateway to the Basque Country and 17km from Bayonne, short excursions will allow you to visit the historic towns of Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Saint-Jean Pied-de-Port, Espelette and many others.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels included in the rental.
I would be happy to answer your questions upon request.
Sincerely,
Julia
