You'll particularly appreciate its charm and practicality.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: TV, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, etc. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you can travel light.
The studio is quietly situated on the edge of the street, close to Parc Montsouris, with several restaurants and shops on the square within a 2-minute walk, as well as excellent bakeries, butchers and fishmongers.
Several markets are also nearby. For your everyday needs, you'll find an Intermarché "Franprix" just a three-minute walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover some of the city's most famous landmarks, including :
- Parc Montsouris (7 minutes on foot) ;
- The Asian Quarter (23 minutes on foot);
- Paris Catacombs (25 minutes on foot);
