Puerta de Toledo V is a charming studio for 4 people in the center of Madrid, fully renovated, cozy, and functional.
This studio is designed to make your stay in Madrid as comfortable as possible, whether you come for work or study. Thanks to its layout, equipment, and location, it is ideal for spending some time in the city and feeling like you're in your new home.

A spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of working or studying in Madrid.
A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cookware to cook independently and comfortably.
A private bathroom with a shower, modern and functional.
A sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.
The studio also includes air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron, and ironing board.

The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), 3 minutes from the apartment walking distance.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

Hospedarnos en este lugar ha sido una excelente experiencia. Esta muy bien ubicado y tiene restaurantes para comer, incluso algunos abiertos hasta tarde. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir estadía en este lugar. Muy amable el personal. Five Stars !!!

This apartment is in a wonderful location for exploring Madrid, plus supermarkets and bars nearby if you don't feel like going too far.The check-in process is complicated and convoluted, and older guests might struggle. Even when all the gatekeepers have been negotiated, normal entry requires use of three physical keys and one digital pad.The apartment is presented as one bedroom plus a pull out couch for another couple. No way Jose! The "bedroom" is not enclosed and this apartment should be described as a studio.
