Designed to be both cozy and functional, this unique space combines modern comfort with urban character, making it the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a calm and private atmosphere at home.
The loft sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a double bed in the loft area and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Guests can also enjoy a private interior patio with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. It is well-connected by public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and local markets.
Sleeping arrangements:
1. Double bed located in the loft sleeping area
2. Sofa bed in the living area
Although the sleeping areas are in separate spaces, there is no wall with a door fully separating them.

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 rolls
- Roll of paper towels: 1 roll

Although the apartment is on the first floor, there is a small step at the entrance and inside, so the property is not accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Although the sleeping areas are located in separate spaces, there is no wall with a door fully separating them.
The apartment also has a decibel detector, in accordance with community rules.
Keys can be picked up at a nearby pickup location and must be returned to the same location on the day of departure.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The guest must clean the house; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
