Puerta de Toledo IV is a charming apartment for 4 people in the center of Madrid, fully renovated, cozy, and functional.
This apartment is designed to make your stay in Madrid as comfortable as possible, whether you come for work or study. Thanks to its layout, equipment, and location, it is ideal for spending some time in the city and feeling like you’re in your new home.

A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of working or studying in Madrid.
A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cookware to cook independently and comfortably.
A private bathroom with a shower, modern and functional.
A master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.
The apartment also includes air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron, and ironing board.

HOW TO MOVE
The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), 3 minutes from the apartment walking distance.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

Space was larger than expected. Simply but very tastefully decorated with no clutter. Self check in was a little confusing, but detailed instructions were provided and we figured it out. management was only a phone call away

María Elena es una de las mejores hosts que hemos tenido . Fue comprensiva en un cambio de fecha que tuvimos que hacer por una cuestión de Salud . Nos cambio los días sin cobrarnos teniendo el derecho a hacerlo . Algo que no muchos hosts harían . El lugar es hermoso limpio y con buen WI FI súper recomendable . Gracias María Elena y José

We stayed for over 10 days and felt very comfortable, the unit is fully renovated and spacious. We traveled with our 9-month old son and they installed us a crib which worked perfectly. The location is convenient although the neighborhood is busy and can get a bit noisy (specially on Sundays) but that’s inevitable in Madrid. Overall, it’s a great option for its value and we definitely recommend it.
