About this villa rental
Magnificent villa at the foot of Mount Corrasi, from which you can admire it in all its majesty. The villa, 1 km from the town, is located within an estate of just over a hectare, surrounded by fruit trees and a forest of trees typical of the Sardinian flora. The villa consists of a large covered veranda where you can relax and eat outside, with laundry box and a second porch with swing. Inside the large room is equipped with air conditioning and a kitchen complete with every appliance, attention to detail. On the lower floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase, there is the large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a comfortable desk, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. For the winter the house is heated by pellet stove on the upper floor and electric radiators on the lower floor.
The house is located a few minutes from the charming springs of Su Gologone, a starting point for kayaking trips on the Cedrino river, and about 30 km from the beaches of Cala Gonone.
