In the area of Oliena, about 4.5 km from the village, located in a point that enjoys a breathtaking view, in which you can see in its majesty the Mount Corrasi that welcomes Oliena, the country of wine and oil, is the villa "L\'Oleandro". The house (renovated in 2016 and further improved in 2018), is at guests\' disposal, has a large living room with fireplace and kitchen, 2 separate rooms (one double with 2 single beds and one with two single beds), a bathroom with shower. Living room and double bedroom have air conditioning. Outside you can enjoy the large green area all around (3 hectares), in which you can collect directly from the plants seasonal fruit or relax in the lawn. A comfortable swimming pool a few meters from the house, for exclusive use, offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountain. The pool has a shallow water area, ideal for children, and there is also a space with all the games to entertain children in contact with nature. On request you can use the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fireplace and wood oven.

In just 30 minutes you can reach the beach of Cala Gonone or all the other beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
