It was fun for us to have a homey space for a few nights, complete with a functioning kitchen, lounge area, small balcony, parking, comfy bed and bedding, and beautiful artwork. We really enjoyed our stay! Keep in mind you probably will need a car as the property is not located in the core of Nuoro, but rather a 5 minute or so drive into a residential area.

Une vraie maison sur les hauteurs de Nuoro, parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. Beaucoup d'espace, semble plus grand que les m2 annoncés. 1 chambre avec très grand lit double, 2 chambres simples, salon avec canapé et fauteuils super confortables, cuisine bien fournie, plein de balcons dont un dédié à la buanderie.
Belles vues
Les environs sont pleins de ressources (petite balade au départ de la maison, musées et restaurants de Nuoro, possibilité de rayonner au départ de Nuoro dans des paysages extraordinaires, etc).
Communication facile, en anglais sur whatsapp avec le propriétaire, en italien + Google translate avec sa mère, sur place, très disponible

Sehr saubere, hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 vollständigen Badeimmern, 2 Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnzimmer, einem Leseraum, vollständige Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine,Trockner. Die Wohnung hat seperaten Eingang und ist auf einer ganzen Etage des Hauses. 3 Balkone. Der Hauptbalkon lag abends im Schatten mit idealem Blick von oben auf Nuoro. Ideal zum entspannen nach Ausflügen. Man parkt an der Sraße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Stadt in einer Sackgasse und ist deshalb ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin Grazia wohnt in der Nähe, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Nuoro ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Mitte von Sardinien, um die ganze Insel mit dem Auto anzusehen. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in Nuoro. Die Wohnung hat unsere hohen Erwartungen noch deutlich Übertroffen. Man hat das Gefühl, allein im Haus zu wohnen. Um das Haus gibt es einen abschließbaren Zaun, die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr sicher und schliefen immer mit offenen Fenstern. Abends weht immer ein angenehm kühler Wind und es kühlt auch angenehm ab, dass wir die Klimaanlage im Wohn- u. Schlafzimmer fast gar nicht brauchten
Uns hat alles gefallen, wir konnten nichts negatives feststellen. Da die Wohnung am Rand von Nuoro auf einem steilen Hügel liegt, ist sie vermutlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Auto und kennen dies somit nicht.
