Dopo un giorno la caldaia ha smesso di funzionare e vedendo le recensioni non sembra la prima volta...
Lo staff si è subito mobilitato per far funzionare lo scaldabagno elettrico
La lavatrice non funzionava nonostante ci fosse stato detto che la potevamo usare (lo abbiamo scoperto dopo che la lavatrice aveva caricato l'acqua e quindi i panni erano zuppi di acqua....)

A very communicative host - thank you. The house was clean and tidy and the key pick-up and drop-off was very easy.
The location in Nuoro is great - just a shame about the very badly behaved and noisy youths on the street at the weekend!
The house is not at all suitable for a winter stay. The heaters provided were wholly inadequate for the November temperatures and made worse by the fact that the house has central heating to which we were given no access. It was freezing and the temperatures in the house were not conducive to a healthy stay.
The kitchen is insufficiently equipped - there weren't simple things like a towel for drying dishes and hands after washing up, etc. There was also too little cutlery and no scissors. Little things, but these details do make a difference to a house-stay.
The bath towels smelled very strongly of chemicals, which transferred to the skin - this was very unpleasant.
