About this apartment rental
Gulf side updated and clean condo 4/10ths of a mile West of the main intersection on West Beach Blvd. This is one of the few remaining low density, family atmosphere complexes on the beach.
The condo overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool area with chairs, tables, and umbrellas for your comfort and relaxation with a limited view of the Gulf.
The two bedrooms have a limited view of the Gulf and beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is just one stairway up from the covered parking where your car will be kept out of the hot sun. The beach is just 50 steps from the beach.
The colorful bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and both rooms have large closets. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV as well. Condo has new carpet through out.
The kitchen and dinette are well equipped, along with a TV and DVD player in the sitting area.
We as owners visit Ocean Reef twice a year to enjoy and keep our condo in pristine condition. We have just one person who cleans and maintains our condo and takes a personal interest in it. We also enjoy the many restaurants and shops within walking distance of Ocean Reef, in addition to the large outlet mall 8 miles North on Highway 59. Our beach is very large with clean white sand.

this was our second time staying in this complex and our first time in this unit. the apartment was really nice: clean, up to date, and well stocked. the pool is great and we love that the beach is so close and so are a lot of shops and restaurants. There are a lot of folks with kids who stay here and it's pretty family friendly. the host was great at communication, sending me everything I needed well in advance. the only downside for the place is there isn't a great view of the ocean, but this was not an issue for us; you can walk 25 feet and you're on the beach!

It’s a beautiful location quick access to the beach with a small beach viewThe shower whistled like a teapot the entire time you took a shower. It was very loud.The towel smelled old and moldyThere is no washer and dryer so everything that we got we stayed wetOverall, plenty of room for a two bedroom condoThe carpet was very cleanThe decor was very outdatedBut the kitchen counter was updated with marble top and it was beautifulOverall, a good stayThank you for letting us stay at your condo
