The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living room.
This immaculate unit has been recently updated with a completely renovated master bath featuring a soaking tub, plus new quartz countertops in the kitchen, and LVP vinyl flooring throughout the unit. You wil love this space. Features include: Gulf front views (indirect), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV , and high end cotton linens.
Complex Amenities: Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness room, boardwalk to the beach, and BBQ grilling area.
Be sure to book this unit early for the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival because it is in high demand.
Parking is limited to two (2) cars. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass(es). If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass(es). We did find some things going on in the condo and sent out an email. The property managers were on it the next day! The location is so awesome, just within walking distance of everything.

We enjoyed the location of the building, overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo west 270, could use some updates. One of the bathrooms has mold on the ceiling. Again it was a decent condo and that’s my only big complaint.
