About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo unit has light color floor tiles and bright walls. Bedroom one has a pair of twin beds with white wood headboards, a two-drawer nightstand, a six-drawer dresser, and a second light brown woven wicker dresser that has a television on its top. The private bathroom has the standard features and fixtures. In the second bedroom are a king-sized bed that has a white iron headboard, two light color nightstands with single drawers, a black rocking chair with a white seat cushion, and a four-drawer dresser that matches the nightstands, which is topped with a flat screen television. The private bathroom has all the expected amenities. The kitchen has all the standard appliances. In front of the breakfast bar are four backless black metal stools with black cushion seats. The glass dining table has a gray metal base and the four chairs have pale striped seat cushions. Living area furniture includes a light beige couch with bright floral fabric on the back and arms, a dark brown leather recliner armchair, two dark rattan and woven wicker end tables and a coffee table, and a tall white rattan shelf unit that has a flat screen television and DVD/VCR combination player.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The convenience and view from this building was excellent. The beach pathway, parking lot and heated pool were all wonderful. There is more evening noise on the parking lot side from guests / live music across the street, but our sound machine worked for that. We enjoyed being able to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant and an ice cream shop. The front desk was easy to access, and they had a little shop inside with gifts and toiletries / beach items at reasonable prices if you forgot anything.The kitchen was fully stocked as described and can easily be used for cooking full meals. The condo was cleaned very well by housekeeping, but there was a clear need for larger upkeep, for example, the vents had visible mold so we chose to just run fans and keep A/C off. There were also unplugged lamps but a power strip plugged in and dangling precariously in the second bedroom. The evening lighting is dim if that’s an issue for you (our family prefers that though). We did have wet floors (small puddles) all over the condo when we arrived and had to wipe it up. It seemed like dips in the floor that did not dry from mopping. Clearly the floor was cleaned, it was just inconvenient upon arrival.The balcony furniture is different than pictured (newer I think) and was just enough for the space / three people.The host was quick to message back and kind. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay, and everything is super convenient. We just may try a different unit next time!

Absolutely loved the location, proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach was amazing. Loved that the pool was heated. Our room was exactly as described, had a maintenance man show up the day we arrived to change a light bulb we didn’t even know was out. Will stay again

Great location and easy parking and beach access but everything else was ehhh. Smells of mold as soon as you step in. Toilets had mold. Very old and decor was awful. Kitchen wasn’t very well stocked with utensils or cooking ware. Very thin walls you hear EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS DO!! Lots of other guests were smoking pot on balconies and you smell it everywhere lots of late night parties at the pool that you can’t hear the tv over or sleep and security was a joke. They did nothing. Kids running the halls yelling at all hours and even knocking on doors and running away. I will not be back.
