With room for 6 guests, charming coastal décor, and easy beach access directly across the street, this dog-friendly retreat is ideal for couples, small families, or a beach weekend with friends.

The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: Two Queen-size beds with cozy linens, coastal artwork, and space to unpack and relax.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a window view of the pool—perfect for kicking back after a day in the sun.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and updated appliances. Features a window overlooking the pool and a coastal mural painted by a local artist.
Bathroom: Spacious step-in shower with large vanity and dressing area for getting ready in comfort.
Parking: Two (2) free parking spaces; passes available at the complex office near the pool.
Dog Policy: Two (2) Dogs, 40 lbs or less are welcome with prior notice and a $150 pet fee (not included in reservation). Please notify staff before arrival.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: Dog Policy: Two (2) Dogs max - 40 lbs or less are welcome with prior notice and a $150 pet fee (not included in reservation). Please notify staff before arrival. If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Upon arrival A/C broken but repair man arrived shortly after to fix. Beds uncomfortable and be sure to bring your own pillows as those in condo offer no support. Other than sleeping conditions a good stay.
