This 1 bedroom unit features 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, sleeping 6 total! Bring your pet and family for your next beach vacation! Enjoy the private pool and crosswalk to get to the beach in 1-2 minutes! This is the perfect location for your next beach vacation!
The Space:
**There are NO elevators on the property and unit 2 BENEATH unit 1, so you will have guests above you potentially! You must be able to walk up 1 flight of stairs to access this unit**
**Pet fee is $100. Please select pets and number of pets you are bringing. Maximum pets allowed is 1. You must message us for further approval if you plan to bring 2 pets. ** See rules below.
This property is dog friendly! Rules are below:
-$100 additional non-refundable charge to be collected after booking (you must let host know if dog is accompanying on the trip)
-1 dogs maximum
-dogs must be leashed when outside
-dogs must be crated if left unattended
-all dog fecal matter must be properly disposed and not left in yard
-only dogs allowed, not other type of pet
**Must be 21 years of age to book!**
Paradise Isle Unit 2 is in the perfect location! Located directly across the street from the public beach, you are literally footsteps away from the beautiful white sand of Gulf Shores! Use the streetlight crosswalk and spend the day out by the gulf waters!
Inside the unit is a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table, living room with pullout sofa, high speed internet, and cable tv.
This unit features 2 queen beds and the sleeper sofa which sleeps 6 ppl total.
This unit does NOT has a washer/dryer inside the unit! You will need to use the community laundromat downstairs ($2 per wash load and $2 per dryer load).
Enjoy the private complex pool and parking under the complex so you don't have to keep your car in the hot sun!
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything inside the unit and well as the community pool.
Guest can also access the public beach directly across the road.

Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available to assist all guests before, during, and after each reservation.

Location is excellent for an easy walkaccess to beach. Fit our needs for a quick last minute trip with a pet. Responsiveness and welcome packet were excellent.

Location is great- close to beach and attractions. P refreshing & hot tub relaxing. The accommodation itself however was a big let down. - Listing pics showed pin on a 1 story building on backside of complex overlooking pool. We arrived to find 2A is actually a different building on the busy street with another story and unit on top had we known this we would not have booked. - No way to clean up sand/floor. Only a broom but no dust pan, swiffer or vacuum. - Oven not safe. Went to open and front came off. - Windows, door and walls are thin you hear foot traffic of people going up/down stairs, walking around above you, hearing their TV and conversations, etc and road traffic. - Flooring inside is engineered flooring with water damage so dips throughout and prevents doors from opening correctly. - Paint peeling and hanging from bathroom ceiling. - Vent in bathroom was completely covered with lint/dust.- Extra room with sink when you turned on cold water it would be cold for short amount of time then would go turn hot. - Both Ceiling fans seem to be mounted wrong causing them to rock and make rubbing noise. - All other units seemed to have a seating area and place to hang towels out on deck except for this one. - Bedding for pull out sofa was only a sheet and pillow case but no spare pillows or blanket/quilt. - Laundry not in unit. There is a community Laundry room but you need 2 in quarters to wash and another 2 in quarters to dry but no coin dispenser on site.
