The pictures do not show a true representation of the unit on this property. The bed is hand made with an ill-fitting mattress, probably a king mattress but the sheets are for a full size bed. The kitchen faucet hot water after it's been turned off, magically comes on by itself. The mold on the outside bottom of the tub was gross. The baseboards have not been dusted in some time. The shower/tub is way small for any average size adult, perhaps a curved shower rod would help. The washer/dryer combo is so small. I washed two beach towels and that was all that fit. The mirrors in both bathrooms are coming apart. The toaster doesn't work. There is no air conditioning in the elevator and the breezeway area on each floor is right next to 6 air conditioning units, can you say sauna? The bunk bed mattresses are so old and almost flat.
Pros, the air conditioner worker great as well as the hot water heater. The refrigerator and ice maker worked great. Hopefully this helps someone else and gets this unit up to date.
