Slow down, kick off your shoes, and relax in this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cottage filled with coastal charm. Sleeps 8.
- Fresh and Inviting: Recently painted with new living room furniture, this home welcomes you through a bright and spacious kitchen. It's fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a Ninja blender, a toaster, and all the comforts of home.
- Dining Delight: The dining area features a bar top with seating for four and a large table that comfortably accommodates six.
- Cozy Living Space: The living area boasts a 65" smart TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and plenty of comfortable seating bathed in natural light.
- Outdoor Bliss: Step out to the airy, fully screened porch, which includes a dining table for six. Just outside, enjoy ocean views from the patio, complete with a gas grill and a bistro table for two.
- Master Retreat: Off the living area, you'll find the beautiful master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized tile shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, and linen closet.

Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

The place was amazing! The 4th bedroom was a game changer for us. The pool expectation was a bit bloated by the pictures posted. When we went to the pool we were slightly disappointed because the pictures gave the impression that it was huge and gave space between seats. It was the opposite, but we adapted and visited more beach areas. The rules were wonderful (being courteous of neighbors was a huge attraction), but we were not sure if the surrounding cottages had the same set of rules. The trash compactor was blocked by people sitting in their cars on their phone and a maintenance guy. We were woken up around 11:30pm the first night by a group a few cottages down drunkenly speaking louder and louder. We were also hit with the smell of weed at the pool on multiple occasions (rules stated no smoking at the pool at all). People at the pool loudly cursed daily and one group began discussing “pornographic dirty cocktails” and menopause among other things in front of our eleven and twelve year old boys. To each his own, BUT be weary if you have children and are wanting to help them maintain their innocence. Incredibly this was around 9 to 11am. We had more discussions with our children about why people have become so self centered and hard hearted regarding their own actions in front of children while staying here. With children just please be weary with staying at the cottages because there doesn’t seem to be any consequences or enforcement of good behavior at the cottages.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations, well furnished and plenty of room for our group. Appreciated the bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys that were left for us. Very quiet neighborhood, very well manicured and the pool was excellent.The only disappointment was the beach situation, limited proximate access to a comfortable beach setting,but we were able to find that a short drive away. Location is convenient to restaurants and the shops. First time visit to Jekyll Island and we willdefinitely consider returning to this property. Overall, an excellent choice.

The townhouse wasn't as close to the beach as the picture indicates.
I did not like the way tankless water heater was set up to operate. Difficult to get and maintain hot water. When I pay the amount of money that I did for these accomodations, I expect to be able to lower the thermostat where I want it to sleep comfortably at night. I do not like being limited to 68 degrees.
