Beautiful villa situated above the village of La Herradura, in a small cul de sac on the Punta de la Mona. Wonderful views across the local bay and to the west down the coast towards Malaga and the sunset. The villa is ideal for a couple, large family or two families sharing. There are five spacious air conditioned comfortable bedrooms (four of which are en-suite). the fifth family bathroom has a wc, basin and walk in shower ), a large lounge with sat tv and wood burning stove, dining room, separate kitchen and utility room. On the lower ground floor level a studio kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and combination oven/microwave.
A spacious covered terrace/outside dining area overlooks the pool area with panoramic views both out to sea and inland to the mountains.
Outside are three sun terraces, a private non- heated swimming pool with a cascade feature, brand new for 2026 6 person hot tub with massage bed and a games room which features a pool/snooker table and darts etc. The villa has a double garage which houses a full size table tennis table and outside parking.
The villa is a 10/15 minute walk down to the village which has a 2 km beach, many varied restaurants, butchers, bakers, shops, post office and banks with ATM's. A covered local market selling meat, fish and vegetables is open every morning on the Playa. On Friday mornings on the Plazza is La Herradura's weekly market with a few stalls selling clothes and local produce.

This property is excellent for families. We are a family of 10 (3 couples and 4 children aged 2-7) and this was the ideal property to accommodate us all. The pool and outside eating area was a great space for us to relax. The property is at the top of a very high hill which helps with the amazing views. Can walk down to the town but quite steep one way or side of road on other. A taxi back up is around 5-6 which is worth it, particularly when temperatures are hot. Excellent terraces, facilities and seating and the villa is very well equipped for all needs

This is a fabulous Villa with lots of outside space.The kitchen is very well supplied with all the utensils that you could need.

Casa Valderrama was better than we could have imagined! Starting before arrival Val and Kayleigh were on top of communications and Kayleigh was quick to respond to any questions or concerns during our time there. The house is as described, although to be honest we spent most of our time on the outside veranda and pool! THE VIEW is amazing! The kitchen is well stocked for the meals you want to cook and just relax. The beds were very comfortable. The short hike down to the village is easy but is definitely not as easy on the return, but doable for most (look for the shortcuts as described). We spent a few days on the beach but the VIEW and comfort of being on the deck continued to call us back. Although there was only four of us I can imagine enjoying a holiday here with family as there is plenty of room for everyone to be together but also plenty of space to get away for moments of quietness. You are central to make day trips to Malaga and Granada (Alhambra and Flamenco) and for a really long day - drive to catch Ferry to Tangier and stop by Gibraltar on the return for fish & chips and a pint for a couple more stamps in your Passport. We can’t say enough about Casa Valderrama! The sunsets are an experience! We hope to visit again in the future!
