Fantastic new reformed villa in Cotobro with super views to the sea and the town, the house has hall, large kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Below you will see some photos, prices, a calendar and a description of the property.
Lovely villa located in the most famous area in Almuñécar, Costa Tropical. Very good access from the main road and also from the coast. You can walk from the house to the beach in 10 minutes. Big terrace with bar/kitchen area where you can enjoy with family and friends. The weather in this village is around 18C in winter time and we have sun more than 300 days per year. The villa is fully equipped in all the rooms and the Kitchen in a modern and nice style. Green area for the children with nice furniture and sunbeds.

The villa was as described and the outdoors area with the swimming pool and bar is amazing and offers stunning views. There is air con in all rooms. Maybe it would have been nice to have some water in the house and a small welcome pack. There was a slight issue with insects but we dealt with it.
We didn’t hire a car but walking back to the villa from town can be challenging as it is very steep, however, we never struggled to get a taxi.
The town is a typical Spanish tourist town with many restaurants and shops. The beaches are ok but nothing special.
Overall, we had a fantastic time.

The house is perfect: sun all day, from early morning (7:30 am in april which is very nice if you have children who wake up early;) and the sun is there until after 8pm. There is a panoramic view over the bay. The house is well maintained and has everything you need. There is the option to heat the swimming pool which we really recommend, we could swim all day with the kids. The house is a total gem, would love to go back.
