Urb.Los Pinos: Large, comfortable house "Villa Mimosa", built in 1996. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Almuñecar, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Outdoor shower. In the house: fitness room. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Single garage. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, shingle beach 1 km. Tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Huset är stort o härligt, uteplats med skugga o sol under hela dagen. Vi har haft det underbart där i 2 veckor, bil är ett måste om man bor här. Poolen delas med några hus men är en riktig pärla, ligger bara 40 meter från huset. Köket behöver renoveras och är inte utrustat som svenskar är vana vid, var noga med att köpa myrbekämpning då dom kommer in på många ställen under juli-september.

We never met or saw the property manager. The villa was full of ants; in the beds also. Everything in the kitchen including the floor was sticky. The kitchen floor was filthy.
