Enjoy tranquility in this modern, newly remodeled two-story home, outfitted with amenities and unique touches to make your trip to the beach even more fun. Whether it’s a weekend getaway with friends, or a coastal adventure with family, this home accommodates everyone. This house boasts a stunning location, being in close proximity to the beach where you'll find stretches of sand to explore at your leisure, along with a view of Twin Rocks. You're also conveniently less than two miles from downtown Rockaway, which sports numerous dining options and shopping options. Gather everyone and catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi five miles south of downtown Rockaway.
Living rooms on both floors provide lovely, colorful spaces for everyone to relax. Each features colorful touches and a mounted TV. Central air conditioning keeps the indoors temperate no matter what time of year you visit. Whether you are grilling steaks on the private gas grill, soaking away tension in the hot tub, or sitting around the firepit, the outdoor area is always a favorite of groups that stay. Though the front outdoor deck makes a compelling case, serving as a great way to watch the sunset, thanks to the oceanfront being just a block away.
Bedrooms are evenly split between the two floors, and each is decorated in a unique way. The first bedroom is just off the living room and features a two-window view of the front yard. The second bedroom is just down the hall and features a mounted TV. The full bathroom between the two rooms (featuring a standalone shower and double sinks) can serve guests of these two rooms. Head down the stairs at the opposite side of the house - just off the kitchen - to find the next set of bedrooms. The third bedroom is just to the right of the foot of the stairs and features a two-bedroom view as well as numerous pieces of mounted art. The fourth and final bedroom lies at the end of the hall, and the bathroom between the two rooms featuring a shower/tub combination can serve the guests of both rooms.

We go to Garabaldi every year for our annual crabbing/fishing trip and we have stayed at this house at least 3 of those times. It is a great home, not far from the beach. The great part is you can sit on the patio in the front with the gas firepit and listen to the ocean, or you can go in the back and start a wood burning fire for smores. They added a hot tub, which is nice to use as well. __Plenty of room for our family as there is usually 8 of us (we have a big family:).____Very nice, clean, and comfortable home.

This home was great for our group of 8! It is clean and well-kept and the management team is very responsive. The king beds were too soft for us (thought about removing the mattress toppers because they also make the beds too high up from the floor) but the other beds were comfortable. We appreciated having plenty of towels because we enjoyed the hot tub almost daily!One thing to note is that while the ocean is just a block away looking out from the deck, the beach access is a further walk, a few blocks and then a long sandy path, which may be difficult for some older folks. Overall, this is a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood, and we would love to return.
